This paper presents the analyzing process, contents and methods for the prophase investigation data of an overseas project. Based on real projects, this paper analyzes the in-situ data and lab test data concerning the soil layers’ division and statistics of geotechnical test data, and gives reasonable design parameters and conclusions for the geotechnical engineering.
