Oil spill happen for various reasons during port handling operation and in the course of sailing,and thus do harm to the marine environment. The environmental risk assessment in port marine oil spill played a positive role in the prevention and control of oil spill. But there are still many imperfections. Based on the analysis of relevant data, this article gives some improvements and recommendations for further enhancing the environmental risk assessment.
