Some questions are discussed and analyzed on the contract management of harbor project,including preparing, signing and performing of the contract, especially some important and ignorable points appeared in overseas harbor project, based on the practical observation in the extension project of some port,Angola, and other overseas harbor projects. The recommendation and conclusion may serve as a reference for thecontract management of analogous projects.
