    Abstract:

To solve the problems of resource wasting and environmental pollution in regional port industry development optimization, the regional port industry development optimization model is built with comprehensive consideration on the economic development, resource consumption and environment pollution, applying the maximum green GDP as the optimization objective. The regional port industry development in Shanghai is referred as case study to test and verify the model’s rationality and effectiveness. It is found that the model can give consideration to the aspects of economy, resource and environment to synthetically optimize regional port industry development, which can provide suggestions for the decision-making of the sustainable development.
