    输水系统是船闸的重要组成部分之一,西津二线船闸是西江航运干线中的重要通航枢纽,为确保西津二线船闸能够安全高效运行,试通航前,通过在闸室、阀门井、检修门井、上(下)闸首人字门前后和上游引航道等部位布置水位计,各输水阀门及人字门有杆腔、无杆腔布设油压传感器,对船闸输水系统水力特性、阀门启闭特性及人字门启闭特性进行综合监测、调试与分析,提出合理的运行方式。结果表明:在推荐的运行方式下,惯性超高(降)基本控制在0.10 m之内,大幅改善人字门及活塞杆受力条件,保障船闸的安全运行和高效通航。

    Abstract:

    The water transmission system is one of the important components of the locks,and the Xijin Second-Line Lock is an important navigable hub in the Xijiang River Shipping Main Line.To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Xijin Second Line Lock,before the trial opening,water level meters are arranged in the lock chamber,valve well,maintenance door well,the front and rear of the upper (lower) lock head miter gate and the upstream approach channel.Oil pressure sensors are layed in the rod cavity and rodless cavity of each miter gate.The hydraulic characteristics of the water transmission system,the opening and closing characteristics of the valve and herringbone gate are comprehensively monitored,commissioned and analyzed.A reasonable operation mode is proposed.The results show that under the recommended operation mode,the inertia super-elevation (drop) is basically controlled within 0.10 m,which significantly improves the force conditions of the piston rod of the manned gate and can guarantee the safe operation and efficient navigation of the locks.
