    摘要:

    针对整体式闸室底板弯矩较大的问题,研究闸墙上设置卸荷板对闸室底板内力的影响。采用三维非线性有限元分析方法,得出结论:1)闸墙设置卸荷板将使得边墩处底板上表面压应力、下表面拉应力减小,跨中处上表面拉应力增加,边墩处底板沉降增加。2)相对于卸荷板相对高度,卸荷板悬臂长度对底板弯矩将产生更大的影响。3)在工程设计时将卸荷板设置在1/3~1/2闸室墙高,且位于排水管水位以下、卸荷板悬臂长度设置在0.10~0.15倍闸室墙高度时,底板受力状况较好。本卸荷板设计的闸室底板受力情况较佳,可为类似工程的闸室高宽比及地基土质提供参考。

    Abstract:

    For large bending moments in the monolithic lock chamber floor,this paper studies the influence of setting a relieving slab on the lock wall on the internal force of the lock floor.The paper adopts three-dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis and draws the following conclusions:1) Setting a relieving slab on the lock wall will reduce the compressive stress on the upper surface and tensile stress on the lower surface of the side pier floor.In addition,it will increase the tensile stress on the upper surface at the mid-span and the settlement at the side pier floor.2) Compared to the relative height,the cantilever length of the relieving slab will have a greater influence on the lock floor bending moments.3) During engineering design,the relieving slab is set at a height of 1/3-1/2 of the lock chamber wall and below the water level of the drainage pipe.In this condition,the stress condition of the lock floor is good with the cantilever length of the relieving slab set at 0.10-0.15 times the lock chamber wall height.The lock chamber floor designed with the relieving slab has better stress conditions,providing references for the height to width ratio and foundation soil quality of similar projects.
