    当前岷江鱼类资源保护迫在眉睫,传统渔政规则政策虽然提升了企业被动性渔业治理,但难以调动企业主动性渔业保护,而“十年禁渔”为推动渔业绿色循环发展提供了契机。研究基于龙溪口梯级航电枢纽数据,以山区河流航电枢纽绿色生态建设的重要抓手“保障鱼类繁衍生息”作为核心部分,采用混合方法探究大力开发水电背景下的鱼类资源保护行为。研究发现:保障鱼类繁衍生息的实践可显著提升工程的绿色生态水平。作用机制显示龙溪口梯级航电枢纽通过减轻措施和生态工程,有效提升了鱼类资源的可持续利用和生态健康水平。研究细化了龙溪口梯级航电枢纽对鱼类资源的影响及保护措施,为企业的绿色生态建设提供了全新的激励因素。

    Abstract:

    Currently,the protection of fish resources in Minjiang River is imminent.Although the traditional fishing rules and policies have improved passive fishery management,it is difficult to mobilize enterprises to take the initiative in fishery protection.The “ten-year fishing ban” provides an opportunity to promote the green cycle of fishery development.Based on the data from the Longxikou Cascade Navigation-power Junction,this paper takes “ensuring the prosperity of fish”,an important way of green ecological construction of navigation-power junctions in mountainous rivers,as the core.The paper also adopts a mixed-method approach to explore fish protection behavior in the context of vigorous hydropower development.It is found that the practice of “ensuring the prosperity of fish” can significantly improve the green ecological level of the project.The mechanism of action shows that the Longxikou Cascade Navigation-power Junction effectively enhances the sustainable use and ecological health of fish resources through mitigation measures and ecological engineering.This paper analyzes the impacts of the Longxikou Cascade Navigation-power Junction on fish resources and protection measures,so as to provide a new incentive factor for the green ecological construction of enterprises.
