    摘要:

    以阳江某重力式码头后轨道基础为工程实例,通过对常用轨道基础结构的分析论述,提出一种组合型轨道梁结构,解决轨道式起重机重载作用下,弹性地基梁使用期沉降调节难度大的问题。基于文克尔假设,采用有限元软件Midas Civil对地基梁、钢轨、轨枕等进行计算分析,结果满足工程使用要求。组合型轨道梁结构设计合理,与常规方案对比,其结构综合性能优、经济性能较好。组合型轨道梁结构的应用研究可供类似工程参考借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Taking the rear rail foundation of a gravity wharf in Yangjiang as an engineering example,this paper analyzes the common rail foundation structure and puts forward a combined rail beam structure to solve the problem of difficult post-settlement adjustment of the elastic foundation beam during its service period under the action of a heavy-loaded rail crane. Then,the paper calculates and analyzes the foundation beams,steel rails,and sleepers with the finite-element software Midas Civil on the basis of the Winkler hypothesis. The results meet the requirements of engineering application. The design of the combined rail bearer structure is reasonable. Compared with the conventional scheme,it has better comprehensive performance and economic performance. The application research of the proposed combined rail beam structure can serve as a reference for similar projects.
