百米长度分段的胸墙结构在板桩码头中的应用

    摘要:

    基于整体性、差异沉降及工程造价等原因,大型板桩码头的胸墙结构需要采用长分段方案,其分段长度往往要突破规范的上限长度。针对广州港南沙四期码头工程采用的超长胸墙结构,建立胸墙三维有限元计算模型,计算中考虑混凝土收缩及环境温度变化的影响。计算结果表明,百米分段胸墙的结构内力远大于普通项目,胸墙位移和内力呈现出不同的变化趋势。百米长度分段的胸墙结构在广州港南沙四期码头工程中取得了良好效果。

    Abstract:

    Due to the integrity,differential settlement,engineering cost,and other reasons,the breast wall structure in large sheet pile wharfs requires a long segment,whose length often breaks through the upper limit as stipulated in standards. In view of the extra-long breast wall structure used in the Nansha Phase IV wharf project of Guangzhou Port,this paper establishes a three-dimensional finite element calculation model of the breast wall and considers the influence of concrete shrinkage and environmental temperature change during the calculation. The calculation results show that the structural internal force of the breast wall with a 100 m segment is much stronger than that of the common wall,and the displacement and internal force of the breast wall show different changing trends. The breast wall structure with a 100 m segment has achieved positive results in the Nansha Phase IV wharf project of Guangzhou Port.
