    2020年水情极为特殊,高水位、高流量持续时间远超往年,汛期泥沙淤积造成航道出浅,给航道保畅带来影响。在分析2020年水情的基础上,以张家洲水道南港上浅区为例,研究特大洪水年对南港上浅区航道条件的影响,分析浅区航道条件恶化的原因,并给出相应航道维护对策,提出应急疏浚的必要性和疏浚方案。成果表明:南港上浅区年内遵循洪淤枯冲的规律,航道条件取决于洪季淤积与汛后退水冲刷的对比情况。2020年洪水持续时间长,汛后退水时间相对不足,上浅区得不到充分冲刷,导致浅区碍航,因此须应急疏浚以维护航道条件。鉴于河床变形的滞后性,建议未来几年内继续关注南港上浅区航道变化和当年水情,制定相应的航道维护对策。

    Abstract:

    Compared with previous years,the duration of high water-level and large flow was longer in 2020. At the same time,the channel became shallower due to sediment deposition in flood season,which causes unsafe factors for the normal operation of the channel. On this basis,we analyze the impact of catastrophic flood and the possible causes and countermeasures of channel deterioration. The results show that sediment deposits in the riverbed during the flood season is scoured during the dry season,and channel conditions depend on flood season deposition versus post-flood scouring. The long duration of the 2020 flood and the relative lack of time to recede after the flood results in the inadequate scour and navigation-obstruction in the upper shallow area,therefore emergency dredging is required to maintain the waterway conditions. We suggest to pay more attention to the channel changes and water conditions in this region in the next few years to formulate corresponding channel maintenance measures in time.
