    摘要:

    环保疏浚底泥中会混杂有害的污染物,传统清淤绞刀产生的扰动效应会导致污染源扩散、清淤效果变差,因此国内环保清淤工程迫切需要适合施工要求的环保型清淤机具。采用理论研究与有限元技术相结合的方法,设计出一款环保型清淤绞刀。利用有限元仿真模拟不同工况下机具的结构变形和应力情况,对机具进行轻量化优化。研究表明:1)新型环保清淤绞刀的翼闸板、绞刀组所承受的作用力较大,需要加强其强度和刚度。2)支撑件受力情况较好,可以进行轻量化设计。3)基座件受力情况较恶劣,需强化。

    Abstract:

    Bottom mud of environmental dredging will be mixed with harmful pollutants. The disturbance effect produced by the traditional dredging cutters will lead to the diffusion of pollution sources and the poor dredging effect,so domestic environmental dredging projects urgently need dredging equipment suitable for construction requirements. Using the method of combining theoretical research and finite element technology,an environmental-friendly dredging equipment is designed. The finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the structural deformation and stress of the equipment under different working conditions,and the lightweight optimization of the machine tool is carried out. The research shows that:1)The wing gates and reamer sets of the new dredging cutter bear greater forces,so their strength and rigidity need to be strengthened. 2)The supporting parts are in better stress condition and can be lightweight design. 3)The force of the base part is relatively bad,and the base part needs to be strengthened.
