    摘要:

    为研究人字闸门支枕垫块表面冲蚀分布规律,截取部分支枕垫块模型,进行模型简化,对比分析不同粒径、质量流量、上游水压对支枕垫块冲蚀分布的影响。结果表明,人字闸门枕垫块磨损快于支垫块磨损,较大粒径沙粒冲蚀区域主要在上游缝隙入口处,中等粒径沙粒冲蚀区域分布较为均匀,较小粒径沙粒冲蚀区域主要在下游缝隙出口处;沙粒粒径对支枕垫块磨损位置分布的影响较大,质量流量与上游压力对支枕垫块磨损位置分布的影响次之。

    Abstract:

    In order to study erosion-corrosion distribution of contact block surface for miter gates,we extract a partial contact block model,simplify the model,and compare and analyze the influence of different particle size,mass flow,and upstream water pressure on the distribution of the erosion area for the contact block. The results show that the wear of the concave block for miter gate is faster than that of the convex block. The erosion area of the larger sand size is mainly at the entrance of the upstream crevice,the erosion area of the medium sand size is more evenly distributed,and the erosion area of the smaller sand size is mainly at the exit of the downstream crevice. The sand particle size has a greater influence on the wear position distribution of the contact blocks,and the influence of the mass flow and upstream pressure on the wear position distribution of the contact blocks is the second.
