    以国外某疏浚工程为例,对自航式重型绞吸挖泥船“天鲲号”采用1 m管径的排泥管线输送坚硬微风化岩的施工数据进行分析,计算所给工况下的泥泵扬程和泥泵效率,得出密度、流速与摩阻系数的关系,给出土质换算系数、实验系数的推荐值。结果表明,该技术充分发挥重型绞吸船可直接开挖并吹填微风化岩的特点,在节约成本、保护环境的基础上提高施工效率,确保工程按期完工。

    Abstract:

    Taking a dredging project in a foreign country as an example,we analyze the construction data on transporting slightly weathered rocks by the 1 m diameter dredging pipelines of the self-propelled heavy-duty cutter suction dredger “Tiankun Hao”.Then,we calculate the head and efficiency of the dredge pump under the given working condition,obtain the relationships of density and flow velocity with friction coefficient,and give the recommended values of the soil conversion coefficient and the experimental coefficient.The results show that the technology,by giving full play to the characteristics of the heavy-duty cutter suction dredger that it can directly excavate and transport the slightly weathered rocks by pipelines,improves the construction efficiency on the basis of saving costs and protecting the environment and thereby ensures that the project is completed on time.
