    摘要:

    针对传统数值模拟手段在复杂风、浪、流条件下对通航安全研究代表性不足的问题,通过借鉴国内大型水电工程及内河港口的研究方法,采用现场实船操纵试验结合多因素观测的方法进行研究。以嵊泗县沈家湾三期车客渡码头工程为例,对各类影响因素如风、浪、流等进行综合观测,结合靠离泊过程中船舶的实际位置变化情况,论证工程平面布置的合理性并提出保障通航安全的措施。结果表明,所采用的实测方案可准确观测影响船舶操纵安全的各影响因素,准确量化影响因素数据,便于在保证船舶安全的前提下充分、合理地利用岸线资源。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the traditional numerical simulation method is insufficiently representative to the navigation safety research under the complex wind,wave,and current conditions,we borrow the research methods of domestic large-scale hydropower projects and inland ports,use the method on-site actual vessel maneuvering test combining with multi-factor observation,take the third phase of the car and passenger ferry terminal project in Shenjiawan of Shengsi County as an example,conduct comprehensive observation of various influencing factors such as wind,waves,and currents,demonstrate the rationality of the research project layout,and propose the measures to ensure navigation safety combining with the ship position varying during berthing process. The results show that the measured scheme can accurately observe the influencing factors of ship handling safety,accurately quantify the data of influencing factors,and make full and reasonable use of shoreline resources on the premise of ensuring ship safety.
