    摘要:

    为了进一步提升耙吸挖泥船施工效率、全面发挥耙吸挖泥船产能,以耙吸挖泥船装舱作业过程中的最大产量为优化目标、泥泵汽蚀余量和管路临界流速为约束条件,以施工人员最为熟知和方便控制的流量为优化变量,建立了耙吸挖泥船装舱作业最大产量对应流量(称为最佳流量)的计算模型,旨在面向耙吸挖泥船装舱作业拓展挖泥船施工优化理论和方法。对比分析了模型的优化计算结果和实际施工数据,吻合良好,说明模型计算结果准确可靠。另外,模型计算所需变量容易采集,优化计算结果(控制目标,流量)明确,施工人员对流量的控制操纵熟悉便捷。模型不仅能为施工设计和疏浚作业提供参考,而且易于推广应用。

    Abstract:

    In order to further improve the construction efficiency and fully utilize the construction capacity of the trailing suction hopper dredger, taking the maximum production during the trailing process of the trailing suction hopper dredger as the optimization goal, the pump cavitation margin and the pipeline critical velocity as the restrictions, and the flow rate that is most well-known and easily controlled by the dredge operators as the optimization variable, this paper establishes a calculation model for the flow corresponding to the maximum production of the trailing suction hopper dredger in trailing process (called the optimal flow rate) in order to aim at expanding dredger trailing optimization theory and operation methods.The optimized calculation results of the model and the actual production data are comparied and analyzed, and the results are in good agreement, indicating that the calculation results of the model are accurate and reliable.In addition, the variables required for model calculation are easy to collect, the optimization calculation results (control target, flow) are clear, and the dredger operators are familiar with the flow control and manipulation.Therefore, the model can not only provide reference for construction design and dredging operations, but also be easy to popularize and apply.
