    摘要:

    根据井冈山航电枢纽坝址地形地质条件,提出船闸、电站厂房同岸和异岸布置2种集中布置方案。考虑防洪度汛、通航条件、施工条件和工期、远期建设、工程投资最优原则,进行总体布置方案比较,提出左岸布置船闸,右岸布置电站厂房、鱼道的推荐布置方案。利用水工整体模型和船模试验,对推荐布置方案从枢纽泄流消能、上下游引航道通航条件、电站水流条件等关键因素论证布置方案的合理性,并进行针对性研究,提出改善措施。研究过程和结论可为类似低水头航电枢纽总体布置提供参考。

    Abstract:

    According to the geologic conditions of Jinggangshan navigation-power junction dam site, we put forward two arrangement plans of “lock and power plant at the same bank or different banks”.Under the principal of optimal flood control,navigation conditions, construction conditions and time limit for a project and project investment, we compare the general layouts and recommend the overall layout scheme, i.e., permanent lock at the left bank and power plant & fishway at the right bank.Using hydraulic integral model and ship model test, we study the key factors such as hub discharge energy dissipation, the navigation flow condition at the entrance area, power station flow condition of the recommended layout, demonstrate the general layout scheme and put forward improvement measures.The research process and conclusion may serve as reference for the general layout arrangement of low water head navigation-power junction.
