    摘要:

    以金沙江溪洛渡库区支流溜筒河为例,研究高坝库区内支流通航水域、航道等级及设计通航水位的确定方法。首先根据回水里程、水位保证率、航道条件、矿产资源分布、码头作业区规划等因素综合分析论证支流航道起点,确定通航范围,之后根据水深、河宽、弯曲半径等航道条件、跨河建筑物通航净空尺度、下游干流航道规划等级等因素确定支流航道等级,最后采用分段推算法确定设计最低通航水位。常年回水区设计最低通航水位采用梯级最低运行水位(死水位),而变动回水区的设计最低通航水位需要根据航道整治工程措施可行性、航道整治工程投资、通航保证率以及航道通过能力等进行综合分析确定。

    Abstract:

    Taking Liutonghe tributary within the Xiluodu Reservoir for example, we study the determination method of navigable waters, waterway classification and design navigable stage within the high dam.Firstly, we demonstrate the starting point of the tributary waterway by analyzing the backwater length, water stage guaranteed rate, channel conditions, distribution of mineral resources, port planning, etc. Secondly, we determine the waterway classification of the tributary by analyzing channel conditions, navigable clearance dimensions of river crossing building,waterway classification of main stream, etc.Finally, we determine the design lowest navigable stage by calculating in sections. The design lowest navigable stage of perennial backwater area adopts the level of dead water.The design lowest navigable stage of fluctuating backwater area is comprehensively analyzed according to waterway regulation measures feasibility, waterway regulation measures investment, navigational guaranteed rate, and navigation capacity.
