    摘要:

    水力式升船机是高坝通航建筑物的一种新形式,在国内外没有运行经验可供借鉴。为保障水力式升船机安全可靠运行,针对重要风险源风险评价的模糊性难题,通过构建水力式升船机重要风险源因子事故树,辨识水力式升船机运行风险因子及其逻辑关系,提出基于模糊理论的水力式升船机运行安全重要风险源风险分析方法。以景洪水力式升船机为例,定量分析风险因子的风险等级,对水力系统、机械系统重要风险源进行安全风险评价。结果表明,该方法能够客观地评价风险,可为水力式升船机运行风险预警和管理提供技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    Hydraulic ship lift is a new type navigable building for the high dam,which has no operation experience for reference at home and abroad. To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the hydraulic ship lift and solve the fuzzy problem of risk assessment of important risk sources,we establish the risk factors failure tree of the hydraulic ship lift to identify the operation risk factors and their logical relationship,and propose a risk analysis method based on fuzzy theory for the important risk sources. Taking Jinghong hydraulic ship lift as a research example,we quantitatively analyze the risk level of risk factors,and carry out the risk assessment for the important risk sources of hydraulic system and mechanical system. The results show that this method can objectively evaluate the risk and provide technical reference for risk warning and management of hydraulic ship lift.
