    船闸大型人字门具有平面尺度大、挡水水头高、淹没水深大等特点,其性能及运行安全问题与水动力学特性密切相关。采用数学模型与物理模型相结合的方法,对大型人字门水动力特性开展综合研究。在分析门库边界条件对人字门动水阻力矩峰值影响特性的基础上,提出科学合理的大型人字门门库体型,确定门底间隙、门库深度以及门库与上下游边墙的连接方式。通过1:20的人字门物理模型,研究匀速和变速运行条件下的人字门启闭力和动水阻力矩特性,分析不同启闭方式下的人字门门位和角速度的变化规律,并提出大藤峡船闸人字门变速运行方式。试验结果表明,该变速运行方式可显著降低人字门最大启闭力、减小启闭机设计难度。通过研究船闸及枢纽不同运行工况下的惯性水头和反向涌浪特征指标,以及反向涌浪作用下的人字门漂移特性,提出应对大型人字门漂移的综合措施。

    Abstract:

    The large miter gate of ship lock is characterized by large plane scale,high water retaining head and large submergence depth. Its performance and operation safety are closely related to the hydrodynamic characteristics. The hydrodynamic characteristics of large miter gate are studied comprehensively through mathematical model and physical model. Based on the analysis of the influence of gate library boundary conditions on the peak value of hydrodynamic resisting torque of miter gate,we put forward the scientific and reasonable shape of large miter gate library,and determine the gap at the bottom of the gate,the depth of the gate library and the connection mode between the gate library and the upstream and downstream side walls. Based on the physical model of 1:20 miter gate,we study the characteristics of opening and closing force and hydrodynamic resisting torque of miter gate under uniform and variable speed operation,analyze the change rules of miter gate position and angular velocity under different opening and closing modes,and propose the variable speed operation mode of miter gate of Datengxia shiplock. The experimental results show that the variable speed operation mode can significantly reduce the maximum opening and closing force of the miter gate and reduce the difficulty of the operating machinery design. By studying the characteristic indices of the inertia water head and reverse surge under different operation conditions of lock and hydro-junction and the characteristics of miter gate drift under the action of the reverse surge,we put forward comprehensive measures to deal with the drift of large miter gate.
