Abstract:Hunchun City is the eastern starting point of “the Belt and Road”and the only corridor for “borrowing the port and going to the sea”in Jilin Province. Shore Route No.2 is Changchun-Jilin-Hunchun-Zarubino Port.It connects Jilin Province to the Russian Primorye Territory seaport,and makes it come true that the northeast cargoes transport to the south outbound without going abroad. Since the Hunchun-Zarubino route is still in its infancy,the conditions for collecting & distributing are still immature comparing with the Bohai Bay ports route.This paper firstly determines the scope of the economic hinterland Hunchun through the freight rate comparison between Hunchun and Yingkou,and then determines relevant cargo types according to the hinterland enterprises.While ensuring the completion of the cooperation tasks between Zhejiang and Jilin Provinces,it also guarantees the economic rationality of the project.
