    摘要:

    轨道式龙门吊作为重箱堆场主要起重设备,轨道基础对地基的沉降及其差异沉降非常敏感。目前,国内主要结合勘探及室内土工试验数据,采用规范法对基础沉降进行计算分析。静力触探技术能反映土体原位物理力学性质、具有测试速度快及经济效益高等优点,因此广泛应用于国外地基处理效果评价。基于中东某集装箱码头工程的吹填砂场地静力触探测试数据,采用国际公认的Schmertmann方法对轨道基础的沉降及其差异沉降进行计算分析。工程实例的计算结果表明:基于静力触探测试数据的轨道基础沉降计算方法的分析结果满足轨道基础的国际设计标准,研究成果可供类似海外工程参考。

    Abstract:

    As the main hoisting equipment of full container yard,rail foundation of rail-mounted gantry crane (RMG) is sensitive to settlement and differential settlement of the foundation.At present,in China,the standard method is mainly used to calculate and analyze the foundation settlement based on the exploration and indoor geotechnical test data.Cone penetration test (CPT) can reflect the in-situ physical and mechanical properties of soil,and has the advantages of fast test speed and high economic benefits,so it is widely used in the evaluation of ground improvement abroad.On the basis of cone penetration test data of hydraulic fill sand ground of container terminal project in Middle East,the internationally recognized Schmertmann method is adopted to analyze settlement and differential settlement of rail foundation.The calculation results of the engineering examples show that the analysis results of the settlement calculation method of the track foundation based on CPT data meet the international design standards of the rail foundation,and the research results can provide a reference for similar overseas project design.
