    摘要:

    针对板桩码头施工过程中结构稳定性及质量控制要求,结合以色列阿什杜德南部港项目板桩码头疏浚吹填施工,找出板桩码头疏浚吹填施工过程中的质量控制要点,制定相应的质量控制措施,避免了疏浚吹填过程板桩偏位、吹填区域淤泥聚集、泊位水域超挖、欠挖等主要质量问题。针对具体问题,对施工耙吸船做相应适应性改造:耙吸船直吹施工替代装舱施工及高压冲水改侧冲水,可以解决水深小于耙吸船满载吃水区域及邻近板桩区域开挖的问题,避免调遣其他设备进场施工,节约工程成本。

    Abstract:

    In view of the structural stability and quality control requirements during construction of sheet pile wharf,we discuss the dredging and reclamation method in Hadarom Port project of Israel,find out the dredging and reclamation quality control points,and propose corresponding quality control measures to avoid main quality problems:position deviation of sheet pile,accumulation of silt in reclamation area,over dredging and shallow points in berth area.To counter the specific problems,we implement adaptive improvements:the trailing suction hopper dredger’s pumping sand on shore directly instead of loading sand in hopper and adjusting the high pressure flushing to side jetting,we can solve the problems encountered in dredging by the TSHD in shallow areas with water depths less than its load draught and dredging the areas adjacent to the sheet pile without mobilizing other equipment, and it is effective to save the engineering cost.
