    结合舟山某船闸工程,研究了适用于水上施工条件的新型闸首结构形式,提出了相应的施工方法和止水措施,介绍了地基处理方式和防渗措施。与干法施工条件下闸首整体对接结构不同,闸首采用预制钢筋混凝土沉箱与现浇混凝土相结合的结构形式,利用沉箱作围堰,安放到位后,通过布置临时止水和永久止水,使闸首沉箱和闸室沉箱结合成整体,形成干地施工条件。对岩基,采用爆破炸礁与水下升浆混凝土相结合的地基处理方式,保证了高潮位时沉箱的稳定性。对于水上施工船闸,该闸首结构形式及施工方法节约了工程造价,缩短了施工周期,为类似船闸工程的设计与施工提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Base on a project of ship lock in Zhoushan,the structure type of the lock head suitable for over-water construction is analyzed,the corresponding construction technology and water stop measures are put forward,and the foundation treatment method and anti-seepage measures are introduced.Different from integral docking structure of lock head under dry construction condition,the lock head adopts the structure type of combination of prefabricated reinforced concrete caisson and cast-in-site concrete.The caisson is used as the cofferdam.After the caisson is put in place,through the arrangement of temporary and permanent water stops,the caissons of lock head and lock chamber are combined into the overall structure to form dry construction condition.For the rock foundation,the combination of blasting reef and underwater prepacked aggregate concrete is adopted to ensure the stability of the caisson at high tide level.For over-water construction ship lock,the head structure and construction method saves the project cost and shortens the construction period,which is used for reference in design and construction of similar ship lock projects.
