    摘要:

    针对三峡升船机防撞桁架下降速度异常的问题,分析有杆腔回油口节流面积、桁架摩擦阻力、桁架下降行程减速点3种因素对防撞桁架下降速度变化的影响规律。通过建立防撞桁架下降动作的力学模型,结合防撞桁架的液压系统、机械机构、电气控制等原理,采取数学方程建模和AMESim仿真的分析方法,从理论上得出3种因素对防撞桁架下降速度的影响规律。结果表明,有杆腔回油口节流面积、桁架摩擦阻力、桁架下降行程减速点这3种因素均会明显造成防撞桁架下降速度异常。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the abnormal falling velocity of the anti-collision truss of the Three Gorges ship lift,we study the influence rule of three factors including the throttle area of the oil return port,the friction resistance of the truss and the deceleration point of the descending stroke of the truss on the falling velocity of the anti-collision truss.By establishing the mechanical model of the falling action of the anti-collision truss,combining with the hydraulic system,mechanical mechanism and electrical control principle of the anti-collision truss,we adopt the mathematical equation modeling and AMESim simulation analysis method to obtain the influence rule of three factors on the falling velocity of the anti-collision truss theoretically.The results show that the throttle area of the oil return port,the friction resistance of the truss and the deceleration point of the descending stroke of the truss all can obviously cause the abnormal falling velocity of the anti-collision truss,which can provide references for the similar projects.
