    摘要:

    为了更好地落实交通运输部关于长江三峡-葛洲坝水利枢纽过闸船舶100%安检工作要求,进一步提高过闸安检效率,打造安全、绿色、高效的长江三峡通航综合服务区,针对靠检基地的运行方案进行研究。采用试验设计的方法,选定干散货船制订不同的试验方案,通过对不同的靠泊安检组织方式进行统计分析,选出耗时少、效率高、操作简便的几个方案,探索和突破了传统的安检形式,是对传统船舶安检区功能的创新和延伸,并对过闸船舶100%安检工作的开展发挥了重要的作用。

    Abstract:

    To better implement the requirement of the Ministry of Transport for 100% safety inspection of ships passing through the Three Gorges-Gezhouba Hydro-junction of the Yangtze River,further improve the efficiency of safety inspection and create a safe,green and efficient “integrated service area for navigation of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River”,we study the operation scheme of the “safety inspection station for ships passing through the lock”.Adopting the method of experiment design,choosing dry bulk carriers to work out different experiment schemes,and carrying out the statistical analysis of different berthing security inspection organizations,we choose several schemes with less time-consuming,high efficiency and simpler operation by exploring and breaking through the traditional security inspection forms,which is an innovation and extension of the function of the traditional ship safety inspection area,and plays an important role for the 100% safety inspection work of the ships passing through the lock.
