Abstract:The ship lock construction has huge workload,which involves many resources and interlaced and complex various processes.Therefore,it is difficult to make scientific and accurate construction plans from the overall point of view only on the basis of human brain experience.We study the simulation model and resource balanced optimization method of ship lock construction network plan under the constraints of limited total multi-resources,establish the simulation model of construction network planning for typical ship lock project and the “fixed construction period-optimization”mathematical model of lock construction network planning under multiple resource constraints based on the analysis of process designing and space division of typical ship lock construction,design the corresponding genetic algorithm to solve it,and verify by engineering application.The results show the model and algorithm are feasible and effective.It solves the resource balanced optimization proplem of ship lock construction network plan under the constraint of limited total multi-resource,which can provide the scientific and powerful basis for lock construction schedule,resources and cost management.
