    以沫水船闸工程为依托,建立几何比尺为120的物理模型试验,对短廊道输水系统的水力特性进行研究。针对上闸首出流不均匀的现象提出了新型高效的T型消力梁方案,对下闸首进口存在串通漏斗旋涡的问题提出了扩大泄水廊道进口尺寸的措施。试验表明:优化消能工后,最大横向系缆力减小幅度可达50%,各项水力指标满足规范要求。该研究为沫水船闸设计提供了科学依据,并可为其他短廊道输水系统船闸设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on the Moshui ship lock,this paper studied the hydraulic characteristics of the loop culvert filling and emptying system by physical model tests with a geometric scale of 120.In view of the uneven outflow of the upstream lock head,a new and efficient T-type baffle beam was proposed;and the measure for enlarging the inlet dimension of the emptying culvert was put forward to improve the bad phenomena of penetrating funnel-shaped vortex at the inlet of the downstream lock head.The test results show that the maximum lateral mooring force can be reduced by 50% in the case of optimized energy dissipators,and various hydraulic indexes meet the requirements of the code.This study provides a scientific basis for the design of the Moshui ship lock,and can provide reference for the design of other loop culvert filling and emptying system ship locks.
