Abstract:In the port construction project,the interference caused by the construction while navigating is always a big problem for the construction unit and the port management unit.In the course of construction of hydraulic structures,due to the large number of ships and frequent transport of ships to and from the construction area,an enormous pressure is brought to the safety of the normal port operation.Based on the construction of the southeast breakwater project in Jingtang Port Area of Tangshan,we set up a dispatch centre to manage the construction vessels coordinately and plan rationally the entry and exit routes of the construction vessels,optimize the organization and dispatch mechanism,so as to maximize the constriction efficiency and reduce the influence of the merchant ships on the construction under the prerequisite of not exerting too much pressure on the port operation.
