    摘要:

    针对绞吸挖泥船双法兰差压变送器安装方式存在的体积大、用料多、费用高和维护难的问题,对双法兰差压变送器的安装方式和结构改进措施进行研究。设计了合理的密封罐体,大大缩小密封面积,减少维护时间;设计减震装置和双焊接的连接方式,防止排泥管震动造成的零件松动;将双法兰设计成单法兰,简化变送器结构,减少用料及整体质量,更便于维护;针对变送器长期在水下工作的情况,选用防腐防锈的材料。采用改进前后变送器对比的方法,得出改进后变送器使用注意事项和效果。实船应用效果表明,改进后的变送器体积小、维护时间短,提高了船舶生产效率。

    Abstract:

    In view of the large volume,large quantity of materials,high cost and difficult maintenance problems existing in the installation mode of the double flange differential pressure transmitter of cutter suction dredger,we probe into the installation mode and structural improvement of the double-flange differential pressure transmitter. By designing a reasonable sealing tank,we reduce greatly the sealing area and shorten the maintenance time;by designing the shock absorber and double welding connection mode,we prevent the part loose caused by vibration;by designing the a single flange instead of the double flanges,we simplify the transmitter structure and reduce the material consumption and the overall mass,and make the maintenance more convenient;in view of the long-term underwater work of the transmitter,we choose to use the anti-corrosion and rust-proof materials. By the comparative method for the transmitter before and after the improvement,we get to know the matter of attention and application effect of the transmitter after improvement.The real ship application effect proves that the improved transmitter is small in size and needs short maintenance time,which improves the ship’s efficiency.
