    摘要:

    大型绞吸挖泥船在挖掘硬质土时,采用传统的钢制海锚作为横移锚无法提供足够的抓地力,使挖泥船绞刀挖掘力无法正常发挥。提出一种可变载重力式箱形锚作为横移锚来代替传统的钢制海锚,并以大型绞吸挖泥船“天鲸号”为例,分析可变载重力式箱形锚的结构与特点。此箱形锚的大小可根据施工水域的土质、海况及对地压力进行确定,同时调整压载铁的数量进行变载,通过箱形锚自身的重力提供足够的抓地力,可为大型绞吸挖泥船提供足够的横移拉力,大幅提高其生产率。

    Abstract:

    The traditional steel sea anchor cannot provide enough traction force when large cutter suction dredger is excavating hard soil,so the excavating force of cutter cannot be exerted.We provide a variable load gravity box anchor to replace the traditional steel sea anchor,and analyze the strucure and characteristic of variable load gravity anchor by the example of the large cutter suction dredger “Tianjing”.The size of box anchor is based on the soil quality,sea condition and the pressure to ground.The amount of ballast iron can be changed according to the need.The pressure to the ground can be generated by the gravity of the anchor itself to provide enough grip force,and provide enough transverse pulling force for large cutter suction dredger.The productivity of large cutter suction dredger can be greatly improved.
