Abstract:Aiming at the problems of increasing energy consumption and reducing efficiency caused by the main working mechanism of crane in the yard of automated container terminal,a new loading and unloading technology of single-box rail-gauge container yard crane is studied in depth.Based on Witness platform,the simulation models of container terminals with new and classical processes are established,and the technical indicators such as equipment investment,energy consumption and annual throughput capacity are compared and analyzed through design calculation and simulation test.The results show that the new technology has the advantages of low equipment investment,low energy consumption and high loading and unloading efficiency,and shows some corresponding suggestions for the problems of operation interference in the adjacent block,which provides a new direction for the innovative development of automated container terminals.
