    采用基于第三代海浪模式的水动力分析程序包MIKE21对2014—2016年福建省外海的波浪时间与空间分布进行计算评估。结果表明,福建外海波能功率密度平均值介于1.8~8 kWm;由于受到台湾岛的掩护,台湾海峡中部海域波高和波周期较小,其波能密度也较小,为4.2~4.8 kWm;台湾海峡北部位于开阔水域波能密度增大到7 kWm;海峡南部波能密度平均值接近8 kWm。因此,建议波能电站的选址首先锁定台湾海峡北部波高及波能较大的平潭海域,该区域的波能相对较大,水深条件较为理想,时空分布也相对稳定。

    Abstract:

    We apply the hydrodynamic analysis package MIKE21 based on the third-generation wave model to calculate and evaluate the time and spatial distribution of waves in the offshore of Fujian Province from 2014 to 2016.The results show that the average power density of wave energy in Fujian offshore range is from 1.8 kWm to 8 kWm.Because of the shelter of Taiwan island,the wave height and wave period in the central part of the Taiwan Strait are relatively small,and the wave energy density is small, from 4.2 kWm to 4.8 kWm.The wave energy density in the northern part of the Taiwan Strait increases to 7 kWm in open water.The average wave energy density in the southern part of the strait is close to 8 kWm.Therefore,the location of wave power station is firstly suggested to be located in Pingtan sea area in the northern Taiwan Strait,where the wave energy is relatively large,the water depth is relatively ideal,and the spatial and temporal distribution is relatively stable.
