    摘要:

    针对预制芯柱嵌岩钢管桩施工过程中钢管桩卷边、卡钻、钢筋笼偏心等质量通病,论述产生的原因及影响。采用合理控制钢管桩沉桩贯入度等沉桩标准,桩尖采用外加强式、改良冲锤等方法进行质量控制。对比验证武汉新港三江港区综合码头一期工程中预制芯柱嵌岩钢管桩施工改良前后的成桩质量。结果表明:预制芯柱嵌岩钢管桩沉桩控制标准不应过于严格,同时通过建议设计中采用外加强式钢管桩端尖、施工中采用圆筒米字形冲击锤能有效解决桩基施工过程中卡钻问题。改良桩锤或采用液压钻成孔方式能有效提高预制芯柱嵌岩钢管桩(斜桩)成桩质量。

    Abstract:

    In view of the common quality problems of precast core column rock-socketed steel pipe pile,such as rolled edge of steel pipe pile,stuck drill and eccentric reinforcement cage,the causes and effects are discussed.We adopt methods for quality control which includes reasonable control of steel pipe pile penetration degree and other standards for pile sinking,pile tip using external reinforcement,improved hammer and other methods.The quality of precast core column rock-socketed steel pipe piles before and after construction improvement in the first phase of Wuhan Xingang Sanjiang port area integrated wharf project is compared and verified.The results show that the control standards for precast core column rock-socketed steel pipe piles should not be too strict.At the same time,it is suggested that the external reinforced steel pipe pile tip should be adopted in the design,and the cylindrical punching hammer should be used in the construction to effectively solve the problem of drill sticking in the construction process of pile foundation.The improved hammer or the hydraulic drilling method can effectively improve the quality of precast core column rock-socketed steel pipe pile (inclined pile).
