    绣江复航工程白马枢纽船闸若按常规单级船闸设计,枯水期天然来流量小于船闸正常运行平均耗水量,不能满足船舶过闸用水需求。参照国内外研究成果和经验,提出带两级开敞式省水池的省水船闸和输水系统的布置方案。建立一维数学模型,经不同阀门启闭方式的输水水力指标计算和初步分析,得到较为合理的阀门启闭方式组合、省水率及闸室水力特性。结果表明,按照计算分析得到的较优阀门启闭组合方式运行,输水时间控制在12 min以内,省水率不小于49%,所提出的省水船闸布置方案可有效解决枯水期正常运行水量不足的问题。

    Abstract:

    If the Baima junction lock for resuming navigation project in Xiujiang River is designed as the conventional single-step lock,the flow supplied by the river will be less than the water consumption of a navigation lock during the dry season,and cannot meet the water demand for lockage.Based on the research achievements and experiences at home and abroad,we propose a layout scheme of filling and emptying system with two open water saving basins,calculate and analyze the corresponding hydraulic characteristics with various valve opening and closing schemes by one-dimensional mathematical model,and obtain reasonable valve opening and closing schemes,water saving rate and hydraulic characteristics of lock chamber.The results show that,in the case of an optimized valve scheme,the filling and emptying time is controlled within the range of 12 minutes,and the water saving rate is at least 49%.The proposed schemes of water saving lock can deal with the lack of water during the dry season.
