    摘要:

    绞吸挖泥船长排距施工操控十分困难,对挖掘设备的操作与设备的输送能力都是严峻的考验。针对绞吸船长排距施工的特点,分析了长排距施工工况下的难点,并综合考虑了管路输送条件与实际输送能力。以管路所能输送的最大泥浆质量为衡量标准,与实际输送的质量相比较,以此作为依据调整船舶操控工艺,使长排距施工工艺得到优化。

    Abstract:

    It is very difficult to control the construction of long row distance of the cutter suction dredger,which is a severe test to the operation of the excavating equipment and the conveying capacity of the equipment.In view of the characteristics of the long spacing of cutter suction dredger,the difficulties in the construction of long row spacing are analyzed,and the pipeline conveying conditions and actual conveying capacity are comprehensively considered.Taking the maximum mud mass that can be transported by pipeline as the measurement standard,compared with the actual mass transported,the ship control technology is adjusted based on the standard to optimize the construction technology of long row distance.
