    摘要:

    针对筒柱型重力墩式码头结构尚无明确定义和成熟的设计计算模式、实际工程案例少、改造难度大的现状,基于沙角C电厂煤码头结构改造工程,采用在筒柱外侧设置钢筋网、外立模板,利用已有筒柱底座基础水下现浇高性能混凝土结构、增大筒柱直径及自重的改造方案,解决码头整体抗滑、抗倾稳定性不足问题,实现码头升级改造。结果表明,采用该方案对原码头结构整体性和生产作业影响较小,实施可控性强,结构改造优势明显。

    Abstract:

    For the cylinder gravity wharf,there is not a clear definition and mature design calculation mode yet,and it is lack of practical project and the renovation is difficult.Thus,based on Shajiao C power plant coal unloading wharf structure renovation project,we adopt the scheme of setting the reinforcement grid around the column cylinder and erecting formwork outside,using the existing cylinder based to implement the underwater casting of the high-performance concrete structure,and enlarging the cylinder diameter and self-weight to deal with the problem of the lack of overall anti-sliding and anti-overturning stability and realize the wharf’s upgrading renovation.After completion of this project,the scheme shows benefits of less impact on the normal operation and structural integrity and controllable construction progress.
