    摘要:

    钢管桩/AZ型钢板桩组合墙是一种新型板桩结构,具有构造简单、抗弯刚度大、变形量小以及经济等优点,应用前景广阔,但在国内大型深水码头中尚无工程实例,有待于对组合墙的性能进行深入研究。以某板桩码头工程为例,采用竖向弹性地基梁法,同时考虑桩土作用的影响,对组合墙的受力性能进行了研究。结果显示:组合钢板桩相比普通钢板桩具有更大的抗弯刚度;由于水平土拱作用结构受力分配合理,具有良好的经济性;组合墙位移变形较小,水平位移满足使用要求。

    Abstract:

    As a new type of sheet pile structure,steel pipe pile/AZ steel sheet pile composite wall has the advantages of simple structure,large bending stiffness,small deformation,economy and broad application prospect. It has never been applied in large-scale deep water docks in domestic engineering instance,therefore the characteristics of the structure remain to be further investigated.According to a wharf project,we explore the mechanical properties of this type of composite wall by using the vertical elastic foundation beam theory,also the influence of pile-soil interaction is considered.The result shows that pipe/AZ combined steel sheet pile has greater bending stiffness than the traditional structure,and it has good economy due to the reasonable stress distribution of horizontal soil arch structure.Combined wall displacement deformation is small,then horizontal displacement meets the use requirements.
