Abstract:Nowadays,cast-in-place mass concrete,as a major constitute of large-scale structures,has been widely used due to its advantages in integrity,endurance,high strength and execution convenience.However,since mass concrete performs poorly in hydration heat dissipation,it may get involved in quality issues,such as cracking,which impact the structure endurance and security.Taking the construction of large volume concrete for the cast-in-place pier of no.301 oil and liquid chemicals berthing project in Panjin Port as an example,the anti-cracking property of large volume concrete is calculated,and the construction quality is improved through the calculation.
