    摘要:

    大体积现浇混凝土作为当今一种大型构件的构成形式,以其整体性、耐久性、强度高、施工便利等优势得到了广泛运用。由于大体积混凝土水泥水化热散热较差,施工过程中容易出现开裂等质量问题,影响结构耐久性和安全性。以盘锦港301#油品及液体化工品泊位工程现浇墩台大体积混凝土施工为实例,对进行大体积混凝土抗裂性进行计算,通过计算指导施工,提高了施工质量。

    Abstract:

    Nowadays,cast-in-place mass concrete,as a major constitute of large-scale structures,has been widely used due to its advantages in integrity,endurance,high strength and execution convenience.However,since mass concrete performs poorly in hydration heat dissipation,it may get involved in quality issues,such as cracking,which impact the structure endurance and security.Taking the construction of large volume concrete for the cast-in-place pier of no.301 oil and liquid chemicals berthing project in Panjin Port as an example,the anti-cracking property of large volume concrete is calculated,and the construction quality is improved through the calculation.
