    摘要:

    粗、砾砂水力输送具有其特点,现有的水力计算模型用于计算该类土质的水力损失和临界流速的适用性有待进一步检验。针对马来西亚新山碧桂园吹填工程中输送阻力大、堵管风险大的问题,采用大比尺、两相流动输送试验平台开展水力输送特性试验,测试不同流速、浓度情况下的水力损失,并采用高速摄影的手段观测砂土在管道内的移动形态。通过对试验数据的统计、拟合分析,研究水力输送阻力、临界流速、平均滑移率特性,提出一种用于计算该类土质的水力阻力、临界流速计算模型,并将得到的计算模型应用于实际工程中。

    Abstract:

    The hydraulic transport of coarse and gravel sand has its characteristics and the adaptability of the existing hydraulic calculation model for calculating the hydraulic loss and criticality of this type of soil needs further inspection.In response to the problem of large transmission resistance and high risk of pipe blocking in the Malaysian Johor Bahru Garden Filling Project of China,we carry out the hydraulic transport characteristic test using the newly built large-scale and two-phase flow transport test platform,and test the hydraulic loss in the case of different flow rates and concentration,and the movement pattern of sand in the pipeline is observed by means of high-speed photography.Through the statistics and fitting analysis of the test data,the characteristics of hydraulic transport resistance,critical flow velocity and average slip rate are studied.A hydraulic resistance and critical flow velocity calculation model for the soil is proposed,and the model is used in actual engineering projects.
