Abstract:In view of the problem of temperature crack in large volume cast-in-situ concrete wave screen wall,the causes of crack are analyzed from three aspects of concrete hydration heat,external temperature and binding force.In terms of design,reasonable segmentation of wave retaining wall and optimization of mix proportion are carried out,and the temperature differences when the cracks occur are calculated.In terms of construct,the temperature of raw materials is controlled,the temperature of concrete is monitored in real time,and the screw hole sleeve is transformed into cooling pipe.Thus,the cracks of large-volume cast-in-place concrete are controlled.
