    摘要:

    装配式结构是将部分或全部构件由现场现浇改为先在预制厂预制,然后运输到施工现场进行组装的结构形式,具有施工方便、工期短、环境污染小、质量易保证等优点。通过对装配式结构在我国水运、水利行业中应用现状的分析,并经方案比选,提出一种适合内河护岸工程的装配式低桩承台护岸结构。该结构通过刚性结构湿法连接,对其工作机理、施工流程等进行研究。并结合工程案例,采用竖向弹性地基梁法进行三维建模进行分析,确定和优化结构方案,得出装配式构件自重越小越具有优势的结论,可为装配式护岸设计提供思路和方法。

    Abstract:

    The fabricated structure is a kind of structural style,part or all cast-in-situ concrete components of which are replaced by the precast ones,and then transported to the construction site to assemble directly.The fabricated structure is convenient and quick for construction,harmless to environment and of high quality.Based on the analysis of the current application of the fabricated structure in the industry of water transport and water conservancy in China,and carrying out scheme comparison,we put forward a new fabricated pile foundation retaining wall structure in inland waterway revetment projects.It combines the L revetment with the precast square piles together by the reserved rigid connection,and we study its work mechanism and construction process.Combining with an engineering case,we use the vertical-elastic-foundation-beam method to create the three-dimensional model and determine the structure scheme.The conclusion is drawn that “the light component has advantages in fabricated structure”,which provides a train of thought and method for the design of the fabricated revetment.
