Abstract:The two times treatment technology ( shallow & depth ) is used to reinforce the fresh hydraulic reclaimation silt foundation,and the construction cost is high and the duration is long.Based on the vacuum consolidation mechanism of fresh hydraulic reclaimation silt foundation,we put forward the new idea of optimizing the vacuum preloading drainage system.Based on Guangzhou Nansha port phase III relamation silt foundation improvement district II project,we study a new type of vacuum preloading and drainage system.The results show that fresh hydraulic reclaimation silt foundation which is reinforced by the new type vacuum preloading drainage system,can reach the design requirements.The new system solve the problem such as drainage plate to plug,vacuum pressure transfer efficiency low when traditional vacuum preloading drainage system is applied in fresh hydraulic reclaimation silt foundation ,and can effectively shorten the time limit and save cost.Based on the characteristics of vacuum pressure transmission and final consolidation effect,scheme 3 (the original raw materials of anti clogging type whole drainage plate + special joint + horizontal drainage plate + silty sand cushion) is more applicable to fresh hydraulic reclaimation silt foundation.
