Abstract:Changzhou ship locks No.3 and 4 are the water-economizing locks,which are located in the important transportation corridor of southwestern China.In view of the high reliability requirements and the special characteristics of the control technology of the water-economizing ship lock,we study the control system scheme.Through the research of technological process and the analysis of controlled object,we design two sets of lock control network architecture,and obtain a set of lock control system with a comparison of functional and reliability,which meet the requirements of the Changzhou ship locks No.3 and 4.The new idea is put forward for the design of the control system of the ship lock,which provides a guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the ship lock in future.
