    摘要:

    乌江彭水河段属于典型的峡谷型山区河流,航道条件复杂,加之梯级开发水头较高,因而通航建筑物的选型及合理布置是解决船舶安全过坝以及满足通过能力要求的关键技术之一。综合分析国内类似峡谷河流水利枢纽,提出“船闸+中间渠道+升船机”方案,较好地解决了彭水通航建筑物选型和布设上的困难。通过多次实船试航试验和专题研究,对船闸及升船机建设标准偏低以及下游引航道水面波动使升船机对接困难等问题进行探讨,提出优化联合调度运行方式以及科学管理和延长下游引航道导墙长度等多种治理方案建议,供管理部门决策参考。

    Abstract:

    Pengshui reach of the Wujiang River is typical canyoned mountainous river with complex navigation condition and high head due to the step development.So,the type selection of the navigation structure and reasonable layout are the key technologies for the safe passing of ships through the dam satisfying the throughput capacity requirements.By analyzing comprehensively the hydraulic junction on similar canyoned rivers in China,we propose the scheme of “lock and ship lift with the middle channel” to well deal with the difficulties in the type selection and layout arrangement of the navigation structures.Through a lot of research on the trial sailings and project consultations,we probe into the problems such as the lower construction standards of the lock and ship lift than the design ones and the difficulty of joining the ship lift due to the water surface wave in the downstream approach channel.We also put forward suggestions on the regulation scheme including optimizing the run mode of the combined dispatching,scientific management,as well as extending the length of the guide wall in the downstream approach channel,etc.,to serve as reference for the administrative departments.
