    摘要:

    国内外规范和标准均未明确船舶有效撞击能量在护舷中如何分配,通常考虑由单个护舷完全吸收。以海外某重力式码头护舷选型为例,研究船舶有效撞击能量由多护舷分配的可能性,阐述基于PIANC指南的多护舷分配的有效撞击能量计算方法和护舷选型过程。研究结果表明:在护舷的破损不至于引起码头结构严重损害的前提下,基于PIANC指南的船舶有效撞击能量考虑多护舷分配是合理的。这一设计理念能够降低对单个护舷的吸能要求,降低码头结构造价,对海外码头工程的设计具有借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    The Chinese and national codes and standards are not explicitly specified that how the effective impact energy of vessel distributes between fenders,and it is usually considered to be fully absorbed by a single fender.Taking fender selection for an oversea gravity quay for an instance,we study the possibility of multi-fender distribution of vessel effective impact energy,elaborate the effective impact energy calculation method in PIANC standard and fender selection procedure.The results show that,it is reasonable to consider multi-fender distribution of vessel effective impact energy in PIANC standard when the damage of fenders will not cause severe damage to quay structure.This design concept can reduce the energy absorbed capacity requirement for single fender,accordingly reduce cost of quay structure,it may serve as reference to quay design in oversea engineering.
