    摘要:

    针对不同绞刀结构下的运转效能影响机制问题,基于离散元(DEM)法,研究了锥型绞刀和冠型绞刀在切削土体过程的工作效能。结合工程实际数据,在三维离散元软件YADE中进行通用型绞刀头建模,并验证其数值模拟可靠性。优化绞刀结构形式,建立了新的锥型绞刀和冠型绞刀的三维模型并模拟分析了两者在不同工况下的切削过程。结果显示,锥型绞刀较冠型绞刀具有更优的挖掘效能。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem of influencing mechanism of operating efficiency of different cutter structures,based on discrete element method (DEM),the factors on efficiency of reamer are investigated for different installation designs of reamer,i.e.cone reamer and crown reamer.According to the recorded data from engineering ships,the model of general reamer head is built in system of YADE which is a discrete element software,and the reliability of numerical simulation is verified as well.3D models of new taper reamer and new crown reamer are established with the help of optimizations of the available reamer heads,and then the soil cutting processes between the two types of cutter heads are compared in different working conditions.The results show that the mining efficiency of cone reamer is better than that of crown reamer in the cutting process.
