Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the construction efficiency of a 10,000 m3 dredging ship is low during open sea dredging,we take a comprehensive demonstration of the influence factors of construction efficiency.We apply the method of mathematical model,analyze the impact of different types of mud pumps on construction by comparing the size of three types of mud pumps on site,combine the parameters obtained from the construction with the principle of fluid mechanics,and analyze the influence of the blade wall thickness of the mud pump impeller and the size of the drag head grid on the stone excavation.The results show that the main reason for the low construction efficiency is the minimum flow area of mud pump impellers in dredging equipment.The results can provide reference for similar projects.
