Abstract:The PHC pipe pile has the advantages of high bearing capacity,fast construction speed and easy control of quality,and has been widely used in engineering practice.Some technical problems of pipe pile foundation gradually emerged,and one of the more prominent problems is the effect of the pile verticality on vertical load bearing capacity into soft soil area.This paper introduces a practical technology of verticality detection after pipe pile construction.The detection results of two engineering cases show that the inclination and displacement of the vertical deviation of the pipe pile are quite different,showing obvious randomness.On this basis,it is pointed out that the main reason for the tilting of pipe pile in soft soil area is improper control of pile construction operation,and the secondary reason is extrusion effect of heavy machinery driving after pile sinking and the extrusion effect of adjacent pipe pile.According to a lot of engineering practices,the influence factors of vertical deviation of pipe pile in soft soil are analyzed in detail,and some practical control measures are put forward.
