    摘要:

    针对茂名港博贺新港区东西防波堤在施工期经历4次台风侵袭,建安费与工期损失巨大,损失率接近合同金额的5%。通过系统分析,仔细观察台风破坏的场景,找到台风对防波堤冲击破坏的基本路径:巨浪冲爬上外坡后以巨大动能与势能冲刷堤顶,冲垮堤顶内侧,即使内外坡基本防护到位,也会导致堤身接连坍塌,这是防台的薄弱环节。据此动态优化防台方案,就地取材采用铺筑大块石等方法,加强堤顶整体性,增强其抗冲刷能力。经统计,后面2次台风造成的建安费与工期损失(率)比之前2次大幅降低,防台优化效果非常明显。

    Abstract:

    Considering to the breakwater projects at Maoming Bohe New Port area having been hit by four typhoons with large loss during the construction period,and the loss rate reaches about 5% of the sum of both the construction cost and period by the contract.We systemically analyze and carefully observe the destruction scene by typhoon,and find the basic route for the typhoons to destroy the breakwater:the huge wave breaks over the outer slope and crashes to the top of the breakwaters with both huge potential and kinetic energy,even both internal and outer slopes are basically protected,and they can also crumble the inside top and bring to the breakwater to collapse one section by one,for it becomes the weakness.Thus according to dynamically optimized precaution schemes against typhoon,we use the local stones with large size to pave on the top so as to strengthen it integrally,we increase its capability to withstand washing.It is counted that the loss rate both of the construction cost and period by the latter two typhoons greatly lower than that by the first two typhoons,and it has the obvious ettect and the beffer guide to the outstanding construction.
