Abstract:The existing prefabrication process of the concrete interlocking block is low,and the quality of construction is affected by human factors and the weather,which cannot meet the mass production demand.For this problem,we study the key technologies of mechanized production and steam curing of concrete interlocking blocks.We develop a whole mechanized production process for concrete interlocking block through the mechanization improvement of each production link and the adoption of steam curing technology,and make each process efficient and reasonable connection.Compared with traditional techniques,the new process can greatly improve the construction quality and production efficiency,save labor costs at the same time.Because the whole production process can be completed in the factory,it saves the site,is not affected by the bad weather,and reduces the cost and the working period.Therefore,the new process can meet the needs of mass production of concrete interlocking blocks.
